Shelley Winters is the AVP, South/Central Ohio Residential Operations Manager for Chicago Title and AmeriTitle Downtown with over 30 years of experience in all aspects of the title industry ranging from examining to residential and commercial escrow closings.  Shelley began her career working for a small agency in the Cleveland area and joined Chicago Title as the Summit County Residential Manager in 2003.  Soon after she began managing the Northern Ohio territory for the residential division and in 2007 formed an REO department that has been successful in handling transaction from lenders, servicers and asset managers throughout the country.

Shelley believes her depth of industry experience enables her to understand the process of the real estate transaction from a well-rounded perspective. Her highly experienced escrow staff provides customers with quick resolutions to any issues that may arise during the transaction while striving to ensure a smooth closing.

In 2004, Shelley completed the Fidelity National Financial Leadership Program.
